Michaela is the Head of the Career Development Office at ESCP Berlin. In this role she oversees all Career Development activities.
Prior to joining ESCP in 2008, Michaela was a research assistant in several universities in Germany and a senior consultant in innovation networks. She finished her dissertation thesis in sociology in 2014 and also published several academic papers.
