Career Lounge
Career Lounges are ESCP Berlin's largest recruiting and networking events in the spring semester. Here, companies, start-ups and students connect in a career fair setting to discuss summer internship or job opportunities.
Each Career Lounge focuses on one of these topics: consulting, sustainability, digitalization & entrepreneurship, and marketing & sales.

Festival
Entrepreneurship Festival is a one-day event co-created by ESCP students, alumni, entrepreneurs and innovative experts. The Festival gathers panels, talks and workshops exploring different aspects of technology and innovation in Europe.

Info sessions and company visits allow students to learn about a company, get exclusive insights on employment opportunities and network with current employees.
Due to covid-19 restrictions all info sessions will take place online. Online info sessions allow companies and all ESCP students to connect with each other regardless of location. Permitting health guidelines we intend to offer in-person events on the ESCP Berlin campus in the future.

Our experienced Career Development Managers regularly offer professional development workshops for students on the Berlin campus or online workshops for students interested in working in Germany.
Topics vary each semester and include career planning, skill transformation, application materials, interviews and considerations for working in Germany.

& Case Studies
Workshops and case studies connect companies with a small group of pre-selected students. Working together on real-world business challenges or case studies allow companies and students to build a stronger connection, learn about each other and gain practical knowledge.
Due to covid-19 restrictions all events will take place online. Online events allow companies and all ESCP students to connect with each other regardless of location. Permitting health guidelines we intend to offer in-person events on the ESCP Berlin campus in the future.

Interview Days give specific companies the chance to meet pre-selected students. These conversations can be an introductory conversation, first-round interview or intensive recruitment day.
