# WHAT IS RECRUITING DAYS?
Recruiting Days is ESCP Berlin's largest recruitment event. This multi-day event attracts students from all six ESCP campuses and top employers in Germany from various industries.
What sets Recruiting Days apart from other career events?
Recruiting Days is more than the average career fair. Through various interactive one-on-one and large group formats top ESCP talents and employers connect with each other. Companies can even directly recruit candidates here! The ESCP Berlin Career Development Office coordinates personalized schedules, advising and additional logistics for all company and student participants.
All Recruiting Days 2020 events are online so all participants can join from any location. Events are held in English and German.

Recruiting Days have three unique event formats to connect with top employers throughout the fall semester. These events will take place in two rounds.
In Spring 2021 a third bonus round of Recruiting Days will be offered to allow for additional recruitment in light of covid-19.
