Recruiting Days is the largest recruiting event at ESCP Berlin.The two-day event attracts more than 700 students from all six ESCP campuses and 40+ top employers from various industries.

What sets Recruiting Days apart from other career events?

Recruiting Days is more than the average career fair. Through various interactive individualized and large group formats top ESCP talents and employers can connect and find the perfect match. Companies can even directly recruit candidates here! The ESCP Career Development Office coordinates personalized schedules, advising and lunch for all company and student participants. Recruiting Days conclude with the Linking Talents Community Party on Friday night at a Berlin club.
